Welcoming Bahar to Melbourne!

Our group, Rosie’s Welcome, were thrilled to welcome Bahar to Melbourne last week. Bahar is an Iranian refugee who has been living in Turkey. She speaks three languages (and can understand a fourth!) We hope she can feel safe, secure and happy in her new home, and we will do all we can to help her.

The Community Refugee Sponsorship Program is one of the most satisfying projects I’m involved in. I highly recommend joining or starting one if you want to counteract all the shitty news in the world!
