Buried is winning ALL the awards!

In London, where we won the C21 International Drama Award

It has been an incredible 12 months for Buried. After winning the AACTA at the start of 2025, we ended the year winning Best Newform Drama Series at the C21 International Drama Awards. I was thrilled to go to London to see old friends and leave with a trophy!

And then in February 2026, Miriam and I won the AWGIE Award for Best Web Series. Miriam went to Sydney to collect our awards. The award was particularly meaningful as the scripts had been supported early in the process by the Writer’s Guild, shortlisted for the Monte Miller award.
